Protest to SCRAP Leicester’s Proposed Workplace Parking Levy

This Thursday (July 7), Leicester’s Labour-run City Council will be holding an important political meeting at Town Hall. Our Campaign is using this meeting as an opportunity to call upon our city’s councillors to stand with our city’s workers and their trade unions in demanding that the proposed workplace parking levy (tax) is scrapped. A deeply unpopular and unjust levy that is being pushed forward by the City Mayor Peter Soulsby and his deputy, Adam Clarke.

Join us at 4.15pm on Town Hall Square by the water foundation. Make a placard, bring a colleague, and most importantly let’s make our voices heard and force our Council to scrap the proposed levy!
